The candidates showcased a sophisticated use of Interaction and Service Design as a strategic lens to dissect and address a complex and wicked problem.
The project is an excellent example of advanced design thinking exploring and attacking root causes on a systemic level. The process is unusually elaborate, showing highly mature and reflected decision making leading to four interventions that resemble a truly holistic approach to the complicated problem area.
